RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any purchased items. However, if you receive a defective item, we will exchange it for the same item. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process.
Email: info@cardinalpieces.com with pictures of the defective product so we can quickly resolve the problem.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued upon receiving returns.
Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank.
All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
